Security Deposit Claim Dispute Form

Once you have received your Security Deposit Disposition letter and you would like to dispute any claims that were made against your security deposit, we ask that you first review your lease thoroughly as how it can pertain to a particular charge and also take the time to compare your move-in and move-out reports that were provided to you in your tenant portal (you may request these reports to be emailed to you).  We also ask that you review this Move-Out Procedures document that describes your responsibilities upon vacating your rental residence.  If after reviewing those items you still have a dispute against a charge then please fill out the form below and include the following:

  • Describe the exact charge you are disputing
  • Provide video or visual evidence to the contrary of the claim
  • Provide as much detail as possible in your description
  • Refrain from profanity in your dispute

Once your dispute is received we will review the dispute and determine the validity and make adjustments accordingly.
